Project Description
For ADTC, Propetus provided commissioning services in phase III of the construction stage from Oct-2013 till Jan-2018. The conducted services covered apartments in both the hotel and the residential tower, following Estidama Compliance for Sustainability and Construction Environmental Management Plan and Waste Management Requirements.
Consequently, Propetus reviewed all documents necessary for conducting stage I audit, and managed the plans to be in accordance with credit requirements, including checklists, if being targeted and fulfilled, and discussed available alternative credits as well for the project.
Propetus, as the Independent Commissioning Agent (ICA) performed required testing and post-installation inspections for the Residential Apartment Tower:27 floors, Serviced Apartments Tower: 22 floors, 3 podiums and parking area on 4 basement levels.
