The Aloft Hotel and Element Apartment is a project located in Al-Raffa in Dubai, UAE. The green building facility has set a target to fulfil the requirements of LEED Silver and LEED NC v3-2009 Certifications; to demonstrate high performance across the key areas of environmental and human health: energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and water savings.
The commissioning carried by Propetus from Jan-2017 until Jan-2021 covered the following systems:
- HVAC.
- Lighting.
- Domestic Hot Water.
- Building Management.
- Renewables.
Moreover, the commissioning process was all the way from pre-design activities through the conceptual and preliminary stages, consequently to pre-construction, installation and final close-out.
