The Residential Compound is one of the projects under The Emirati Housing Program in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE. The compound consists of 240 villas, where a sampling rate of each villa type has been tested: a total of 5. The project started receiving Air Tightness Test and Measurement as per Design Specification by Propetus in 1-Jan-2021 and completed the inspection on 31-Jan-2021
The test was carried by ATTMA attested engineers that ensured the conducted air leakage test is in accordance with ATTMA-Technical Standard L1: Measuring Air Permeability in the Envelopes of Dwellings, as per the requirements of section 301.05 :Air Tightness of Ras Al Khaimah Green Building Regulations (BARJEEL). The testing and carried analysis was successful with the three following tools:
–Model 3 Minneapolis Blower Door™ System.
– Minneapolis Fan Model 3.
– G-1000 Pressure and Flow Gauge.
